Epoch FAQ

How much is registration?

General Registration $85 per person

Non Affiliate Registration $85 per person

MCIN Affiliates Early Registration (before Dec 31st) is $65 per person. (After Dec 31st, $85 per person) 

 

Can local youth groups get a discounted price?

YES, Email us at conference@mcin.org if you are a local youth group & youth leader and would like for your group to attend. Special pricing is available for local (TX only) youth & college age groups. To find out if your local group qualifies please email us.

Can parents & graduates of a Master’s Commission get a discount?

YES, Parents & Graduates of local MC groups (TX only), please email us at conference@mcin.org for info on how to qualify for discounted registration.

 

When do we pick up our registration ID badges?

REGISTRATION IS ON Friday, FEBRUARY 24th, 2012, 8:00AM – 10:00AM AT Friendship West Baptist Chrurch

Your registration will be listed under the Director / Individual / Contact Person / Leader that was named on the registration form. At the registration area, you will receive your ID Badges for the total number that you registered, along with the General Schedule & any other last minute information. Only the Director / Individual / Contact Person / Leader will need to go to the registration area to pick up the registration packet. For information or questions about the day of registration please email conference@mcin.org .

 

Exhibitor registration & setup:

Set up will be Friday, February 24th 2012 from 7:00am to 9:00am at Friendship West Baptist Church The exhibits officially open at 8:30 a.m. on Friday February 24th. The exhibits officially close following the evening service on Saturday, February 25th. Dismantling of exhibits may not begin until after 9:00pm, Saturday, February 25th and must be complete by 11:30pm. Early set-up or dismantling is not allowed. For questions about the day of exhibit registration please email exhibit@mcin.org

 

Cancellation/refund policy:

In order for us to bring you continued value, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Please note we are unable to process your registration without full registration details and payment in full.
